This app gets a F

This app requires an account to be created by inputting a username (consisting of an email) and a password. After mutual attempts with several emails and multiple passwords, (and even a phone reset) the app refuses to allow me to register. The only response it gives me is "invalid username or password." The app provides no explanation on what are the minimum requirements for a valid password. However, I tried even very complex passwords, to the same end. The app gets an F at this point.
