Cant enter the school name. It autocorrects it to remove a space but then says invalid school or ID and then nothing else. Tried several times but nothing works. Id really like for this to be able to work on my phone so I can keep up with my kids grades and I dont always have access to a computer.

My school recently changed to your system, and Im frustrated with the lack of features it offers. Our previous app allowed us to stay logged in. I clicked "remember me" on your app, and I still have to type in my password every time. Also, with this app, you are unable to open documents such as lesson plans or access messages sent by the teachers. The only thing I can do with this app is look at grades. I still have to log in on the computer, so the app isnt of much use to me. Please consider expanding the features.

Before our school used Rediker, we used Jupiter grades, so I am familiar with online grade books. We have used Rediker for 2 years. The website is sketchy at time, but the app is pitiful. Im not sure Ive ever attempted to use such a poor app...ever! Timed out messages prevent logging in. I have updated, deleted, and reinstalled repeatedly, but it still does not work. In 3 weeks, I have been able to log-on ONCE out of probably 100 times. Yes, I attempt to log-on several times a day because I dont have access to a laptop at times and their system has issues when used with safari or Google app. Please please please FIX your app!!!!!!!

Couldnt go beyond first screen. Entered school name and it removed all the spaces automatically and then gave an error "invalid school name"

No good :( I entered the school name, several different ways, still nothing, invalid.

Orion to last weeks update I could see the scores now it says no data. I hate this I want to see the over all grade in each subject not just the individual grades per assignment. Please fix ASAP!

For those who need help with getting past the first screen, you need to copy the part of the URL of the website version. For example: plusportals.com/x where x is the exact thing you Need to plug in

This app makes it hard. It will not provide a drop down list of schools to select from so you have to guess how your school is entered. Why isnt user id and password enough? Why in the world do I have to also enter school name?

Closes me out of the app on the loading screen. Please fix this...

Over the last few months things have been getting better & better. Looking forward for the "Coming Soon" to get here already. Meanwhile may I suggest Calendar subscription & not the current Sync method. Too many issues to list.

I cant even log in. It doesnt seem to recognize me and I dont know what else to do. I have tried different emails and passwords and still nothing.. I WISH I COULD GET THIS TO WORK!!!

Its a nice app to do a quick calendar check or quick grade lookup. I use the app as a supplement to the website.
